TERMS & CONDITIONS – FARMORA EXPORTS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://farmoraexports.in (“Website”) and all inquiries, quotations, and business communications with Farmora Exports (“we”, “us”, “the exporter”, or “our”).
By accessing our Website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms.


1. Business Nature

Farmora Exports operates exclusively as a B2B merchant exporter of:

  • Moringa Leaf Powder

  • Banana Powder

  • Beetroot Powder

  • Other fruit & vegetable powders (as listed on our website)

All transactions are export-only and are handled under Indian export regulations.


2. Website Use

You may use the Website solely to:

  • View product information

  • Submit export inquiries

  • Request quotations for bulk quantities

  • Access documentation or compliance information

You agree not to misuse the Website by:

  • Attempting unauthorized access

  • Copying content without permission

  • Using automated tools to extract data

  • Posting spam or harmful content


3. Product Information & Specifications

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and certifications displayed on the Website are for general reference only.

Actual product specifications may vary depending on:

  • Supplier batch

  • Packaging options

  • Compliance updates

  • Seasonal variations in raw materials

Final specifications will be provided in the official quotation/proforma invoice (PI).


4. Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Submitting an RFQ or Contact Form does not create any contractual obligation.
A contract only exists once:

  1. Farmora Exports issues a formal Quotation/Proforma Invoice, and

  2. The Buyer accepts it in writing and completes the required payment.

All quotations are:

  • Valid for a limited period (usually 7–15 days)

  • Subject to availability

  • Based on the Buyer’s location, shipping terms, and quantity


5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Farmora Exports follows a 100% Advance Payment Policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment options may include:

  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT)

  • International wire transfer

  • Other approved export payment channels

Prices may vary based on:

  • Destination country

  • Logistics route

  • Quantity

  • Packaging type

  • Certification requirements

Taxes, freight, customs duties, and import regulations in the Buyer’s country are solely the Buyer’s responsibility.


6. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  1. The Buyer accepts the PI, and

  2. Full payment has been successfully received.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled except in exceptional cases approved by Farmora Exports.


7. Packaging & Quality Standards

We supply export-ready packaging options such as:

  • 1 kg / 5 kg / 20–25 kg food-grade pouches

  • 25 kg moisture-proof bags

  • Fiber drums or custom packaging (subject to availability)

Farmora Exports ensures compliance with:

  • FSSAI standards

  • APEDA guidelines

  • HACCP, ISO, and food safety norms (as applicable through our suppliers)

Laboratory reports (COA) may be provided for specific batches upon request.


8. Documentation Provided

As a merchant exporter, Farmora Exports may provide:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)

  • FSSAI compliance documents

  • APEDA registration details (on request)

  • Export-related declarations

Additional certificates requested by the Buyer (e.g., Phytosanitary, Health Certificate) may incur extra charges.


9. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery

Shipments are coordinated through verified freight and logistics partners.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Mode of transport (Air / Sea)

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier availability

  • Export documentation cycle

Farmora Exports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures

  • International transit issues

  • Force majeure (strikes, weather, etc.)

  • Shipping line delays

Risk transfers based on the chosen INCOTERMS (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).


10. Import Regulations & Compliance

The Buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Understanding import laws in their country

  • Securing necessary import permits

  • Clearing customs

  • Paying duties, taxes, and any import fees

Farmora Exports does not guarantee acceptance of goods by foreign regulatory authorities unless expressly agreed in writing.


11. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food and agricultural powders:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds after shipment, except in cases of proven quality discrepancies acknowledged by both parties.

If a replacement is applicable, it will be processed only after adequate evidence is reviewed.


12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website—including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and designs—is the property of Farmora Exports and protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or reproduce content

  • Use product images for commercial purposes

  • Misrepresent Farmora Exports branding

Without written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

Farmora Exports is not liable for:

  • Business losses or lost profits

  • Delays in shipping

  • Customs rejection due to buyer-side documentation

  • Incorrect import compliance by the Buyer

  • Third-party logistics errors

  • External website links or WhatsApp content

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the confirmed order.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mutually agreed otherwise.


15. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
